How much does a custom website cost?

Instead of an hourly range, here are the flat prices we quote in US dollars, what is included at each level, and the factors that decide which bracket your project lands in.

The short answer

A custom website costs roughly $650–$1,400 USD for a one-page or small brochure site, $1,400–$2,500 USD for a full multi-page business site, and $2,500–$4,300 USD for an online store. Custom web applications with logins and dashboards start around $4,300 USD, and a native iOS and Android app starts around $7,200 USD. Every price includes the domain, hosting and SSL for the first 12 months.

What moves the price

Number of pages and screens

A single sales page costs far less than an eight-page site. Every extra custom page beyond your package is quoted at one flat rate, so the total never drifts once it is written down in USD.

Whether you take payments

Adding a real checkout means products, inventory, shipping rules, receipts and refund handling. That is the jump between a brochure site and a store, and it is the single biggest price step for most businesses.

Logins, dashboards and data

The moment users need accounts, roles and saved records you are building an application, not a website: a database, an admin panel and reporting all have to be designed and tested.

Native mobile vs mobile-friendly

Every build is mobile-friendly. A native app in the App Store and Play Store is a separate product with store review, push notifications and offline handling — priced accordingly.

Content and branding readiness

If copy, photos and a logo already exist, the build moves faster. If they do not, copywriting and a brand kit are add-ons rather than hidden hourly time.

Timeline

Standard timelines are included. Compressing a build to roughly half its normal schedule adds 35%, because it means reserved capacity rather than a queue slot.

Optional extras and what they cost

Quoted separately so you only pay for what you use. None of these are required to launch.

Year two and beyond

Domain + hosting are free for the first 12 months. From year two they renew at $148 USD / year (domain $19 + hosting, SSL & backups $129). Cancel any time — no lock-in.

Why the cheapest quote usually costs more

Budget template builds exist, and so does what follows them: hosting billed separately, a domain registered in someone else’s account, no source code, and a fresh quote for every edit. When comparing quotes anywhere in the world, ask three things — is the domain in my name, do I receive the source code, and what is the two-year total? That is where a low headline price tends to catch up.

Common cost questions

Are taxes included?

Prices are shown before tax. Any applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated at checkout based on your billing country.

Do you charge hourly?

No. One flat quoted price agreed before work starts, with any scope change quoted in writing first.

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes. Deposit at checkout and balance on launch is standard; larger builds can be split into three milestones.

Is the domain included in the price?

Yes — one domain registered in your name plus hosting and SSL, free for the first 12 months, then a single yearly renewal shown below.

How long does a custom build take?

One-page site: 5–7 days. Multi-page business site: 2–3 weeks. Online store: 3–4 weeks. Web app: 4–6 weeks. Native mobile app: 6–10 weeks.
