Is the domain really included?

Accepted Answer

Yes. One standard domain (.com, .ca, .ph and most common endings) is registered in your name and paid for the first 12 months. Premium or auction domains cost extra and we quote them before buying.

Who owns the website when it is done?

You do — the domain, the code, the hosting account and every third-party login. We hand over credentials on launch day.

How do payments work?

Canadian clients pay in CAD through Stripe. Philippine clients pay in PHP through PayPal, which also accepts credit cards, debit cards and mobile wallets such as GCash and Maya.

Do I pay everything upfront?

Packages under the Web App tier are paid in full at checkout. Larger builds can be split 50% to start and 50% at launch — start the order and note it in the project details.

What do you need from me to start?

Your domain preference, your logo or brand files if you have them, the pages you want and any copy or photos you already own. If you have none of that, we write and source it.

How long does a build take?

One-page sites take 5–7 days. Multi-page sites take 2–3 weeks. Commerce runs 3–4 weeks and app builds 6–10 weeks depending on scope.

What if I do not like the design?

Every package includes revision rounds. We show a design direction before any code is written, so changes happen while they are cheap.

Can you take over a site someone else built?

Usually yes. Send the current URL through the contact form and we will tell you whether a migration or a rebuild is the better deal.

Do you offer refunds?

Before design work starts, a full refund minus payment fees. After the first design direction, we refund the unstarted portion. Full detail is in the refund section of the terms.

What does domain and hosting cost after the free first year?

Domain and hosting are free for the first 12 months. From year two they renew as one yearly fee covering the domain, hosting, SSL, backups and monitoring — the exact amount in your currency is shown in the pricing section and again at checkout, where you can prepay year two at today's price. Otherwise we invoice you 30 days before renewal, and you are free to move everything elsewhere.

Can you make the site work on slow connections?

That is a default, not an option. Pages are static-first, images are compressed and heavy scripts are avoided.
