Refund & Cancellation Policy

Before work starts

Cancel within 48 hours of payment and before the first design direction is shared: full refund minus the payment processor's non-refundable fee.

During the build

After the first design direction, we keep the value of completed milestones and refund the rest.

Domain registration fees cannot be refunded once the domain is purchased in your name.

After launch

Launched projects are not refundable, but the 30-day fix window covers anything that does not work as specified.

How to request

Email digifreelance017@gmail.com with your order email and package name. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days.
